Scope of Supply: PUMPS

Donghae-1 Gas Field is a natural gas field located offshore in the Sea of Japan and developed by Korea National Oil Corporation.

In 2001 Western Energy successfully secured Hyundai Heavy Industries tender to supply 3 Sets of Submersible Lift Pump 600HP, capacity of 1200m3/hr and 2 Sets of Submersible Utility Pumps 125 HP. Pumps in NiAlBr material were supplied together with columns of 60 ft length.

Tremendous effort put by Western Energy team for the project award as delivered pumps were the first ones manufactured by National Pump to be installed at offshore facilities.
