Scope of Supply: Fire Pumps And Air Diaphragm Pumps
Western Energy had received a contract by J Ray McDermott Asia Pacific for the Chevron Platong gas II project. The overall project involves the design, construction, and installation of a new central processing platform to be located in the Gulf of Thailand. J Ray McDermott is the engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the gas project.
Western Energy’s scope of supply was for service water pumps, diesel driven vertical line shaft fire pumps, submersible service water pumps and air diaphragm pumps complete with control systems.
The packages are scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2009.
