Scope of Supply: Pumps
Absolutely a milestone project for Western Energy was a development of the ConocoPhillips Belanak offshore field in Indonesia sector of the Natuna Sea. A development combining a range of production structures, including two drilling platforms, FPSO and FSO vessel.
In the year 2003 through EPC contractor PT J McDermott, Western Energy delivered 2 sets of specially designed firewater pumps systems with air and hydraulic starts. Firewater pumps systems equipment were installed at the FPSO and a Wellhead platform along with supplied 4 units of vent scrubber pumps and 4 units of LMC compressors.
Additionally, 19 sets of API 685 sealless pumps were supplied to Belanak FPSO for LPG processing.
