How Does A Thermal Plant Work
Thermal power generation plant or thermal power station is the most conventional source of electric power, transforming energy from fuels, such as generally coal, oil, or gas, into electricity.

In thermal power plant heated water turns into steam and spins a steam turbine which then drives an electrical generator. After it passes through the turbine, the steam is condensed in a condenser and recycled to where it was heated in a thermal power plant.

Energy optimization through pumping systems

Pumps and pumping systems are used in power plants for primary applications such as fuel oil handling and for auxiliary systems such as lubrication and cooling. On average, a 300 MW combined cycle power plant will have more than 100 pumps. Both centrifugal and positive displacement pumps are utilized in power generation applications

Extracting heat from a fuel takes place over a number of stages and some energy is wasted at each stage and meaning are operating at a low efficiency level. Lubrication Oil Transfer Pump

Benefits:  Well suited for liquids sensitive to shear forces and turbulences thanks to the low internal velocities given by the screw movements. Self-priming, this type of pump with single, two or three pairs of screws is suitable for transferring fluids with low, medium, high and very high viscosity, up to 35000 cST and flowrate up to 3000 m3/hr.
