Our approach when designing the pump features has been to maintain both standardization and serviceability of the units whilst ensuring quality is maintained to the highest degree
- Complete package design and manufacture, pumps with availability of full scope supply inclusive of all requested auxiliaries, including PLC, VSD, Instrumentation and Monitoring.
- High Quality Taper Roller bearings, precision ground crankshaft, con-rods are machined from solid Mazak, and all sub-assemblies can be easily accessed or removed completely for servicing or replacement.
- Plungers are specially surface treated for abrasion resistance. Options for Stainless Steel (coated) or ceramic plungers for further application compliance
- Crankcase design with special built-in motor support mounting, providing the option of installing the motor overhead to keep both the footprint and weight to a minimum.
- Packing housed in packing cylinder, assuring proper alignment and optimum life
- Special pressure-formed, braided, PTFE impregnated Kevlar® packings. Offering exceptionally long life and a wide range of liquid compatibility.
- Units can be modified easily where adoptions are required, due to the flexible features of our product ranges,. Space and Weight restrictions are applied when notified and modified within our standard package arrangements.
